RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are permitted.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered by us.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • An exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at  minimalism.clothing.in@gmail.com or reach us at 9836338579 with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for exchange.

  3. Once approved, return the product to our address at 54/4c, strand road, posta Opposite meyo hospital, Kolkata- 700006

  1. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the replacement item.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Timeframe for Exchange

  • The replacement product will be shipped within 15-20 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
